Hello FO Fam,

Here are some examples of past customs. I have a monthly calendar where I book customs slots.

My 2024 customs are open for bookings, customs start at R650 and R950 and can increase in price depending on design and fabric prices. I contact you 7-10 days before the date booked. As my schedule is so incredibly full, I cannot make them any sooner, if you want it sooner, make sure to book it a few weeks/days earlier. It will arrive 1-2 days before you need it.

Customs require a lot of communication and it is therefore imperative that you answer messages from me when we start the process, the sooner we cover everything (size, design, fabric etc) the sooner I can send and invoice and start with your little one’s outfit.

Invoices need to be paid in full before I start making anything, unless you and I made other arrangements. I don’t ship anything without full payment. 

Please provide your shipping address and contact details when proof of payment is sent.

It is such an incredible honour to make something special for your baby / toddler’s birthday, christening or any special occasion.

Cancellations of customs need to be done with a 2 week notice. Cancelling with less than 2 weeks before the booked date will result in a R200 cancellation fee.

Moving your booked date to an earlier date with only a week’s notice will result in a fee of R300.
