Shipping & Returns

 Shipping is at a flat rate of R95 per order, nationwide delivery to your door and R70 to any Pudo locker nationwide.  

We use The Courier Guy as they are the most reliable and efficient whilst still being affordable. 

Collections are free in the Sonheuwel, Nelspruit area and will be arranged via email or WhatsApp.

If there is anything wrong with your product or you are unsatisfied, you are more than welcome to email a query and I will address the issue.

We offer no refunds on custom orders, as there are too many factors that go into the making of a custom outfit.

We do offer returns of item/s and after inspection of the item/s, if still in peak condition, no wear and tear visible, a refund or voucher equal to the amount of the returned item/s will be issued.
